Working holiday maker visa holders can apply for a refund

Getting an Australia Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) is a good way to travel to Australia without the hassle of visiting a government office. Applicants can apply online by creating an ImmiAccount. You will then need to provide a few pieces of information.
The Department of Home Affairs requires further details to process your application. A sample letter is available to give you a sense of what to expect. There is also a Global Service Centre that is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm local time in your home country. ETA requirements for EU nationals
